I took my mother to the rapid diagnosis breast clinic. She is almost 95 years old. All staff were attentive and helpful. There was a willingness to explain procedures and we were kept informed of any delays in the waiting times. Nothing seemed to much trouble for the staff and we were given ample opportunity to ask questions. A very efficient and well-run department.
