"A big relief"

Before the visit I was worried as I had a bad experiance some years earlier with a similar procedure. The staff this time were great. Proffesional and friendly. My daughter was allowed to assist me where appropriate, everything was explained clearly. I was treated as a person and not a number. The procedure was painless (unlike previous occasion) and again with constant clear explanations.
