"I spent almost two weeks on Elizabeth ..."

What I liked

I spent almost two weeks on Elizabeth Ward after major surgery and received excellent care from the consultant, doctors and staff. Excellent communication and pain management. Food and cleanliness far better than expected. Endless cups of tea (the brilliant housekeeper!). The bedside tv/phone system is a little expensive but very useful.

What could be improved

Toilet, bathroom and shower areas needed more frequent cleaning.
