I was treated with the utmost respect from being seen in casualty to being looked after on 3b the day after.
I had my operation, the 1st I have ever had, and I was reassured every step of the way. I cannot fault the staff on 3b in my care.
Although I am worried about the care the 2 patients opposite me received. Their meals and drinks were just put down in front of them. No attempt made to help them, then food was taken away. Not good.
