Had 2 out patient appointments at Soilihull Lode lane

Specialist dermatology unit

And scan xray department

The unit I attended provided me with excellent care, where I felt safe in the hands of their nurses, my stress and worries were relived by their practical nursing skills.

The scan department were very kind to me and polite,

I noticed going from one department to another the staff I encountered were very professional and obliging, there was definitely a happy to help attitude as it should be. it was very refreshing to encounter nursing staff and technicians who actually nursed and took care in their handling of me as I was in a great deal of pain that wasn't that obvious.
