I arrived about 5 minutes early and was seen straight away by member of staff. Apparently when I had a recent blood test, something concerning my diabetes was higher than usual. Member of staff went through what my normal diet was, and said that I was doing everything right – eating and exercising, but perhaps because of the winter weather I had not been doing enough walking. He hoped now that if the weather continues to improve, I could get out and do more walking.
