Over the past few months I have had to attend the hospital for checks, on every occasion I have been seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time and have been treated with the utmost help and respect. I have had the help of a wonderful doctor over the past 3 months who colateted my medical history and and then decided on a suitable medication which she thought would give me a better quality of life, they asked me to come to the hospital and see their secretary. My last visit was on the 16 June to ward 9 to see the doctor's secretary who on the doctors instructions took my blood for testing before I was allowed to take my new medication. Three hours later the secretary called me to let me know the blood checks were positive and I could continue with my new medication. This service is golden it makes me feel like a human being and not just a number, thank god for professional people like the doctor and the secretary. My sincere thanks, Patrick Gerald Brennan
