I had an appointment at the Rheumatology clinic on Monday and wanted to let you know the service I received was excellent from start to finish. It was a different clinic this time as one doctor referred me for tests for Rheumatoid Arthritis and it was this team I saw on Monday. All the staff were lovely, put me at my ease, didn’t really keep me waiting and were so efficient. It was lovely.
