"The carers are very very helpful"

The carers are very very helpful. They come in twice a day to see me in the morning and the evening and a further three times a week to help me shower. They girls are very helpful – They do anything I ask them to do and are really courteous.

Thank you for sharing your experiences of Elite Care with the wider community and with Care opinion. Since becoming a part of Care Opinion there has been next to no negativity about the level of support people receive from our carers and that is very encouraging indeed. I am meeting with a lot of our care staff over the next three days and will be passing on the numerous compliments I have received recently about their ability and professionalism.
