"I enjoy having the cleaner"

(as a service user),

I have been using the Elite Care services for years – I have a cleaner once a week but really she does anything I ask her. Elite always send someone else if my regular cleaner cannot come, and they are all properly insured, which is an important thing when they are working in other people’s properties. I enjoy having the cleaner, sometimes if I’m too tired to bother she just gets on with it which is lovely.
