Thanks for your kind words; it is always nice to hear when someone's experience of the care provided in one of hospitals has been a good one.

As for the heat on the wards, it's a constant dilemma - some like it hot, others don't. And our heating control system is not sophisticated enough to keep everyone content all of the time. Sorry.
