“The tiramisu was very appetising, Shame I was limited to how much I could have”

“Well presented and hot, palatable the variety’s good”

“Not enough variety, suggests, salad with Parma ham, ice cream, spaghetti carbonara, spaghetti bolognaise, cheese and biscuits”

“Could we have more mushrooms in the stroganoff”

“Stroganoff not very nice too many mushrooms”

“You cater for a lot of people, still good”

“My chicken chasseur was beautiful, would definitely recommend it to anyone”

Thank you for your valuable feedback and kind comments regarding the meals served in “The Place to Be” restaurant at The Wells Road Centre.

Your comments are welcomed and useful to ensure continual improvement with the quality of the meals served. The catering department take on board your positive comments and areas for improvement.

Representation from the catering department attend patient ward community meetings, patient forums where patients can discuss the catering service. Comment cards are also available for patients to complete and the Hotel Services team also conduct monthly customer surveys to encourage patient feedback to ensure continual improvement within our services.
