(as the patient),

I had a marvellous experience at the Addington Rd Bladder clinic – I was seen absolutely on time, the nurse was extremely helpful giving me lots of her time and plenty of information. I am partially sighted so she had to read out a lot of information to me which she did very kindly and ensured I was taking it all in. She was most helpful and very kind. Marvellous!
