"Two recent fractures"

About: St Bartholomew's Hospital

In December I had the unfortunate luck to fracture my wrist and then, in June, my ankle. Both times I was impressed by the speed with which I was seen, the respect I was shown and good humour of all the people that assisted me. I could not speak more highly of the way I was treated and the X-ray results & procedures explained to me. The receptionist went out of their way to ensure I got a taxi and was looked after. I can't think of a bad thing to say about the experience except I wish I hadn't had to have it in the first place!

Dear Lindsay We are sorry to hear that you fracture both your wrist and your ankle in such a short period of time! Thank you for sharing your experience of our Minor Injuries Unit with us and with others. Your kind words have been passed over to the team on the Unit for all of them to see including the receptionist who help you with a taxi. Wishing you a full and speedy recovery Barts Health NHS Trust
