"Feedback following appointment today"

About: Wycombe Hospital

My appointment in the cardiology department this morning was for 10.00 am. An ECG was carried out before self-registering at outpatients. Hardly had time to sit down before I was called in for BP check and then straight in to see Doctor - not yet quite 10.00am! Dr reviewed notes and results and took time to explain to me what they found. The Dr spoke to registrar and then talked me through the monitoring process and what symptoms to look out for. I was back in the car park within the hour! The whole process was efficient and thorough, at every stage hospital staff at all levels were kind, friendly and efficient and I left feeling confident about the outcome and reassured. Five stars to Wycombe Cardiologhy Unit, the doctor and team, and a big thank you to you all.
