My stay on the ward for a day case was absolutely first class, my appointed nurse was lovely and made it all go smoothly, the threatre team were very friendly and i must mention the nurse in recovery who reasured me all was ok and made me laugh. We are so quick to judge our NHS but we should think ourselves lucky we have people out there that want to do this job. Thank you and well done to Ward 20 and the threatre team.
