"Day Surgery in the Leven Day Unit"

I would like to thank al the staff on the Leven Unit North Tees for their excellent care given to me on 08/06/2015, All the staff are lovely, theatre staff, ward staff and the welcome I received when I first checked in at The Leven Unit reception. I was very worried, but, I was made to feel at ease by this lovely caring team. The Unit itself is spotlessly clean and it's facilities also.. I have had to put the leven unit Name on my comment as it is not listed on the Department Choice list below so I have had to put in under General Surgary so my comment gets sent to the relevant Department. I underwent Shoulder Surgery. Kind Regards Elixabeth Evans
