A perfect combination of professonisum and humanity. Experienced, knowledgeable staff put my mind at ease at a time when stress levels were at an all time high. I had the impression that the staff were giving their best at all times and seamed to work like a happy family that all pulled together what ever the grade or experience. I feel privalaged to have been able to take advantage of this experienced team. May they contuinue with good humour and grace.
