"Dissatisfied with care elderly grandma"

My grandma spent 3 weeks on ward 20 and I was worried and concerned about her and aired my concerns about her condition on numerous occasions. I felt I was not kept up to date about her treatment or condition. She deteriorated and sadly passed away. I felt her end of life care was terrible and her hydration and nutritional needs were not met. I wish now I had taken her home after she had received treatment at A and E. The A and E staff were excellent.
