About: Adult Services, Resources - Housing Support and Care At Home Service

(as a service user),

I have carers three times a day. They give me breakfast, my medication and heat up my meals.

The service is fine. It's different girls that visit me every day and sometimes they are early and sometimes a bit late but this doesn't bother me.

Sometimes when they are with me they get a phonecall and have to leave to go and visit someone else. So many people need help in Glenrothes.

I'm quite pleased with the service the way it is.

It is good to hear that you feel your service is fine however we always strive to improve our services and we would be keen to discuss with you further regarding different people providing care each day and phone calls interrupting the support you are receiving.
