My daughter recently had an operation, the nurses, surgeon, anethestist and everyone involved were fantastic, they explained everything to us both, made us feel totally at ease, couldn't ask for a better service, my only complaint would be is the staff at reception, I found them to be hard work, everything was too much trouble and when I rang several days later to confirm a follow up appointment ( as I had been asked to do) the receptionist was quite rude and unhelpful.
