"Parking Charges"

Disgusted to have received a Parking Charge Notice from CE Enforcement for £85 after parking legitimately in the hospital car park with my very sick child. I entered my registration into the touch screen system in reception. Received no receipt but confirmed registration. But still I received a Charge! Disgraceful of this company taking advantage of parents or carers having to use this car park whilst their loved ones are seriously ill.
