I was told i needed a 3 week follow up appointment for my eye. A week past the due date for the follow up.. I've had to chase them .. they dont know why I havent been sent an appointment.. not good enough really considering there is a court case due for the reason why my eye has been injured and I'm still getting visual problems .. not happy!!!!

Indeed anyone can use this e-mail address for the same purpose should they wish – and soon there is going to be a dedicated e-mail service on our website just for outpatient appointment queries. So watch this space!
