Spotlessly clean; comfortable room; seamless day surgery and respectful staff who treated me with dignity without exception. As a currently serving Nurse in the NHS I was extremely anxious to be on the 'other side of the covers!'. I needlessly worried; all was well; the staff were wonderful, professional and kind and isn't that what it's all about?
