"Condescending and down right insulting"

About: Ripley Hospital

I went in for physiotherapy and was treated by this person. It was ridiculous the way they spoke down to me, I am in extreme discomfort with my back, I have to take strong painkillers for my back during work, I tried to tell the physiotherapist that the reason the pain factor is so low during these times were because I was using these pairs.killers. They has obviously never had back problems before, by the way they went about things. The physiotherapist then asked me what exercise I did, and demanded I walk more, what's that got to do with my back, sounds more like to me a scathing remark! I'd rather travel further than go back to this place, it happened beforehand too, not just this once, I had a trapped nerve in my left shoulder a fair few.months back, made my arm swell, the doctor there again spoke down to me as if I'm wasting her time, I'm paying for their equipment. The least I deserve is a little respect
