Prescott ward is the worst ward I have ever been to. From hearing the nurses laugh and joke about bowel cancer to never getting the same answer from different nurses. The attitude and general feeling of caring is missing altogether. It is stressful enough when a loved one is in hospital as it is without feeling like they are being neglected after a major surgery. Very upsetting! I wouldn't let them look after my dog for one night let alone a person. Avoid at all costs.
