Extremely impressed by the hospital's Redlands Wing, its surgical facilities, nursing care - and the end result. The food was tasty and hot. Not too impressed by the car parking arrangements. RBH seem to be shooting themselves in the foot by suggesting one gets there early for an out-patient's appointment, and then very often not being seen on time, so that what should be a stay of less than an hour turns into paying for 2 or 3 hours' fairly expensive parking. One nurse in out-patients didn't seem entirely able to do wound dressing, confessing that they didn't know what the strip of green gauze was for and where to get the required dressing. GT
