Dear Nelson1

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I hope the gentleman is recovering well.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.

I would like to pass your kind comments onto the ambulance crews who rescued your relative. Would you be able to contact me, laura.martin@swast.nhs.uk or call 01392 453831, at your convenience, with the date and location that the ambulance attended? This would allow me to identify the staff involved and ensure they are recognised for the care they gave.

Please quote your Patient Opinion user name Nelson1 in your contact.

Thank you again for providing feedback on our service.

Kind regards

Laura

Update posted by Nelson1 (a relative)

Dear Laura the incident took place in June 2015 approx time 3.30pm. At Hanham woods Bristol.

Was attended by ambulance crew Martin and Jason who gave excellent service to my father. Unfortunately did not get names of fire brigade who were also brilliant. I cannot speak highly enough of both crews and am very grateful to all of them. My father is recovering well thanks to their prompt and professional care

Kind regards from Nelson1
