I visited the ent department yesterday after using the choose and book service my waiting time was about eight weeks and found that online I could choose a time and date that was suitable for me I started with an ear test and then saw a doctor who examined me fully explained I had allergic rhinitis gave me advise and answered my questions fully I then had blood tests to check my allergies all in all I found the service and staff friendly and helpful and pleased that everything was sorted for me in one visit and took about an hour fab service from the nhs thanks
