What I liked

i went to the respiratory out patients. i was seen at exactly my apointment time. everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor were friendly and kind.the doctor was very caring and explained everything to me so i completly understood my illness

What could be improved

not a thing

i was very pleased with my care

We were so pleased to learn that your recent experience of the Lister's outpatient clinics was at it should be: well run, punctual, friendly and caring at all times.
