"Foot injury"

About: West Suffolk Hospital

I've injured my foot earlier this afternoon. I cam to the hospital around 6 pm. I must say that the receptionist was very polite and friendly, I didn't wait to long for a nurse to see me, they were was friendly. After taking an X-ray I've waited bit longer for the next nurse to see me. I am not happy, because the way this nurse treated me is unacceptable! They made me feel stupid and like a child. My friend was with me at the time and she was disgusted as well. The nurse was behaving like they didn't want to be there at the time, like they had something better to do. They said I should spend the weekend at home, and can go, then they just walked away. I'm not a person who goes to see a doctor with every headache. In my opinion some of the staff should be trained how to be a professional and how to treat people with respect!
