"Knee problem"

I went to see an orthopaedic with my knee problem and had an mri. It's already a third week I am chasing for the report that was never received. Very confused as my problem remains, still untreated and I am not sure what steps to take next as no report and no suggestions were received/given. No value for money, poor service. Have to go to a different specialist now.
