"11th June oral surgery 3 hour appointment"

About: University Dental Hospital

I was referred to the Manchester dental hospital for a consultation of taking one of my wisdom teeth out. 3:00pm appointment didn't get seen until 4:00pm. then sent for X-ray, and another hour and half wait to be seen by the consultant again the time was now 17:30. bad service from when I arrived as the receptionist was talking to themselves, and forgot to get my notes as had to go back to reception after I had already waited 30 minutes. from a customer perspective no apology for the mistake no greet no smile was unfriendly and unprofessional. Maybe a bad day for the hospital but my experience was not a good one, 3 hours for a appointment as I left at 1800 when my appointment was 1500, seems too long to keep patients waiting.
