"Impeccable"

I chose to be to be treated at UCLH because it is the Trust I work for (in a dfferent setting). I was due to have a skin biopsy with removal of a suspicious mole at the Dermatology Department. I was treated very well, plenty of time for explanations and questions, a good environment in the setting, a very friendly nurse. My husband was allowed to stay with me and even allowed to watch the procedure. In the end they gave me extra plasters and saline to use at home and answered all my questions and concerns. Overall I was delighted with the experience and very glad to have chosen UCLH.
