"Brilliant treatment"

I have been treated by this hospital in the years since my diagnosis with psoriasis and almost every appointment has been amazing, treatment is swift and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The ward and its staff were great and I would recommend it to anyone. In fact I am moving house out of the area which is a wrench as I really want to stay with this hospital as i trust the staff to treat me properly. Only very slight criticism is that my first consultant after my diagnosis only treated the surface problem and didn't try to talk to me about the other effects on my mental health of being diagnosed young with an incurable condition. I suppose it was not helped by my shyness though - although I would recommend that this is thought about especially with young people once they get to the phototherapy/systemics stages. Only other comment is to recommend other support services if possible as the PsoriasisAssociation is useless especially the psoteen page which is never updated but obviously this is not the hospitals fault - just a thought as it is the only one recommended through posters etc. Overall I would recommend this hospital to everyone as I have been incredibly happy with the level of care I have received
