My husband was placed in Kew Ward having suffered a massive stroke. he has been in hospitals for heart & stroke treatment before, but this ward is outstanding. I can only put it down to firm and friendly leadership, which has formed a strong team ethos. Everything runs like clockwork. The patient's family members are treated with respect, empathy and consideration.
