#HarveysGang: a young child with AML toured our laboratories. Regretfully he lost his battle, but at his farewell the picture of Harvey and Malcolm, chief BMS, in Lab coats was shown to the whole audience.
This stimulated the team to start a process of showing the laboratories to other critically ill children, and to give them a period to remember and let the Lab teams meet the kids and parents and answer their questions. It has been successful we have now had 14 young visitors. We want to expand this across all hospitals
