"My five-year-old daughter came ..."

About: Lister Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

My five-year-old daughter came to Lister after she broke her arm in a playground fall. All the staff were incredibly kind to her, and worked together to make sure she got the treatment she needed (including an operation) as quickly as possible.

I felt they really cared about her welfare and was extremely grateful for their compassion and professionalism.

A special mention for the plaster man who really went out of his way to make her feel comfortable and even managed to make her laugh through the pain.

A heartfelt thank you.

It is really nice to hear about your experience and we hope that your daughter is making a speedy recovery and enjoying the rest of the summer. In the meantime, we'll make sure that the children's A&E team and the plaster clinic get to read your feedback.
