"Childrens A&E"

I visited childrens A&E today with my 6 year old and two younger children. I was very impressed by the speed in which we were seen at all levels of my daughters treatment. We arrived and booked in to the A&E and within 15 minutes we were triaged by a very lovely nurse who reassured my daughter and calmed her down. She was given some pain relief and after about 30 minutes were sent to x Ray. We waited about 20 minutes to be x rayed and then returned to A&E where she was seen by a nurse practitioner immedaitly. Luckily nothing was broken and she was bandaged and were were sent on our way. All the staff were wonderful with her, friendly kind and nothing was any trouble. We're went kept waiting which was great as my children were all tired as it was past their bedtimes. Very pleasent experience.
