"Staff smoking."

I consistently observed staff of all grades disarming a fire exit for the use of ciggarette smoking! This is a poor example by NHS staff! The fire-exits should not be tampered with! I have submitted a complaint to the Fire Service, suggesting they advise your managers of such dangerous practices.
