I am a patient at the Becklin centre ward 3, & feel after reading the first handful of reviews that its not justified, the care i am receiving is first class. Its the first time I've been in a place like this & was expecting one flew over the cuckoos nest but it has been great, the staff have nearly all been extremely compassionate though i do understand the lady with the menu problem as i had a similar problem which was caused by a member of staff on a power trip, but that a side the doctor has been very informative & has given me hope with a plan i am working towards getting better, so i feel on the whole the hospital is getting a rough deal.

All of the staff work very hard to provide good care for all that use our services and I’m really pleased you found your time with the service so helpful. I will pass on your positive comments to all the staff concerned.
