In march this year I had a tonsilectomy at the whafdale hospital in otley.
I arrived safely on the ward at 9am and was delightfully greeted with beaming smiles and friendly faces. The nurses were very helpful and bright. post-op I was very tired but was in no pain thanks to the morphine I was getting pumped with. Again the staff were amazing, asssiting me with pillows and sheet changes and also brought me some cornflakes which was very generous of them.
A special thanks to marylise the consultant and mr ashokumar the surgeon without them i'd still be in bed with tonsilitus.
