"Outstanding care"

I read an article about the procedure I needed in the Daily Mail so I googled the surgeon, rang up and got a consultation for the following week! This surgeon was absolutely lovely and approachable as well as patient and understanding! I was booked in for my op 10 days later. From the moment I walked through the door until I was discharged, I received fantastic care. Everyone was polite, caring, courteous and patient. I was treated so well from the receptionist, nurses, anaesthetist, surgeon, physio, housekeeping and everyone I came across. Most of all, I remember everyone being smiley and friendly. I couldn't recommend the whole experience at The Claremont highly enough! And I travelled from Worcester to Sheffield for this particular operation. Well worth the trip. I can't thank everyone enough.
