It is particularly concerning that you felt our staff were not communicating well. Good communication is a standard we strive for so to hear that these weren't to your satisfaction is disappointing. It is also a cause for concern that our staff we not following infection guidelines, we shall make sure this is fed back to our infection control team so they can ensure that these standards are raised.
