"Traumatic experience"

I've been to the hospital with my 1 year and 7 months little girl and I found the experience traumatic for both of us! The little one had 39.2 fever,agitated,tired and so on!! We found there a very unprofessional doctor who pushed medicines in the child mounth (she started vomiting,of course crying)which made her more stressed and scared than she already was!! I strongly think that a doctor should know how to approach such a small child! Or maybe it's not about knowing..it about caring
