The hospital processes were efficient, I was seen promptly, the further investigation and subsequent treatment started very quickly. Everyone I met at the hospital was pleasant and welcoming. The teams that completed the processes involved were very professional but at the same time presented a friendly face. All in all it was a very positive experience.
