Overloaded clinic, we all had to wait but the place was clearly busy and we were warned. Doctor, nurse and plaster technician were unfailingly cheerful, polite and professional. They were still going at 1:30 from the morning clinic and the next clinic patients were queuing. No lunch, no rest yet concerned and helpful. Really impressive under difficult circumstances [Visit 9.6.15]
