"Visit to A&E at Medway"

My grandma was taken to hospital today after a fall. The paramedics couldn't have been nicer to my grandma, talking to her and offering reassurance. They even came back to check on her later in the day, which she appreciated. A lovely paramedic who was helping out in a&e talked to her in a lovely manner putting her at ease. They later had to take blood samples, where they held my grandma's hand. The doctors, nurses, porter and even the staff offering refreshments were happy, polite and helpful. They all made my grandma feel looked after and valued. They all care a great deal for their patients, even after a very long shift, they all offer the same quality of care. My sister and I are so happy with the way my grandma was treated. Thank you, Medway.
