"Excellent overall experience"

Today I was admitted to Ward 11 for the afternoon to have some treatment completed. I couldn't praise the staff on the female part of ward 11 and the staff down in the theatre area. My surgeon and the team were simply brilliant, very comforting, professional and overall a reassuring experience. I couldn't fault any member of the team that had a part in my treatment today! With the media attention being particularly negative towards the NHS I feel praise should given were praise is due.
