Came in to AE with a huge amount of pressure in my head and some other symptoms which I have had for a while I have tried all types of pain relief with no affect so therefore I was very concerned. I know how busy AE can be so for me to come to AE ment that I was in huge discomfort. I waited for a while which I expected then when it was my turn to be seen by one of the staff not sure what there role was or who they where but I was treated very unfairly and their attitude towards me was bad. They didn't even check anything all they said was to take pain relief and to see your gp if it doesn't get any better the fact that I have done this and they were aware of this was quite upsetting all I wanted was some help and all I get basically was there's nothing I can do for you which quite frankly I am annoyed about I have never been to AE and the time I needed some help I got told there's nothing they can do surely there was something they could have done some tests or something just to put my mind at rest. I hope other people don't get treated so badly.
